Church

Memorial Presbyterian Church’s mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other. Their strategy is to create environments where people are encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, loving community with insiders, and influential connection with outsiders

WEBSITE DESIGN

The Challenge

There were a few things that Memorial Presbyterian Church identified as challenges with their website.

  • The layout wasn’t  modern and it didn’t create a positive user experience.
  • Visitors found it difficult to find the Live Stream Services every Sunday.
  • Members found it difficult getting information on the upcoming events.
  • Their local community weren’t effectively notified on the upcoming events that they had.
  • MPC wanted a way for members to register for service and complete a health form to keep their visitors safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • A way for members register and pay for upcoming events.
  • Needed a better server for their ministry emails.

The Approach

Our marketing team met with the Pastor and communications team to develop a plan on how the website will be designed and managed. We also decided on a email subscription system that easily create emails and make it so it is able to be managed from multiple locations.  The communications team also utilized the current CRM service they already pay for with Simple Church to simplify giving, paying for events, and filling out forms.

The Result

DESIGN: An new responsive website was designed that is mobile friendly and easily editable. All of the MPC Ministries can be found easily, and members can easily contact staff through email. There is also a place to showcase upcoming events, pay tithes, watch live services online, and download the app.

RESULTS: The new website created 2.5K new users; increase organic traffic by 1200%; and increased app usage by400%

PRINT & DESIGN

The Challenge

Memorial Presbyterian Church needs Print & Design Services for their 100 Anniversary Celebration & advertising their Food Pantry.
  • Memorial Presbyterian Church is celebrating 100 years of service and wanted a banner for display
  • Memorial Presbyterian Church will like a Fundraising Journal with historical information to hand out at their celebration
  • Memorial Presbyterian Church would like a flyer redesigned for their Feed My Sheep Food Pantry

The Approach

We worked with the 100th Anniversary Committee to determine what needs to go into the journal and how it will be laid out. The journal will have ads, so we had to decide how the collection of ads will occur.

We also worked with the Deacons of Memorial Presbyterian Church to determine what kind of message the Deacons were trying to portrat for their Feed My Sheep Food Pantry

Result

The Journal was designed and printed with a history of the church, gallery of pictures, letters from officials, and ads to be distributed out to members for their 100th anniversary

Feed My Sheep flyers were designed and printed in large quantities for distribution throughout the neighboring community.
